Fitbone™ Femur Retrograde is a fully internal limb lengthening system inserted through the distal femur at the knee joint. It offers a motorized, remote-controlled solution without any external hardware. This method is typically preferred when proximal access is limited or not feasible due to previous surgeries, anatomical constraints, or surgeon preference.
